Roving DUI patrols set for holiday weekend

DUI enforcement has already begun for the holiday weekend, according to a release from the Center for Traffic Safety.

Starting Thursday and continuing through the week after Easter, roving DUI patrols and sobriety checkpoints will be conducted in York, Lancaster and Adams counties as part of the center's checkpoint and expanded DUI/underage drinking enforcement program.

The roving patrols or checkpoints will be held sometime between 6 p.m. Thursday and 6 p.m. April 23, the release states.
