A previously deported man was indicted on illegal re-entry charges after officials say he was found in York County, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's office.

Cesar Mauricio Rodriguez-Flores, 32, of Mexico, was deported from the United States on five occasions between March 2011 and September 2016, according to the release. He allegedly re-entered the country sometime after September 2016 and was found in York County after he eluded examination or inspection by immigration officers, the release states.

Rodriguez-Flores was found in York County on March 7, according to the indictment.

The maximum penalty under federal law is two years in prison, a term of supervised release after imprisonment, and a fine, according to the release.
