Undercover investigation leads to drug charges

An undercover investigation led to drug charges for a Fairview Township man, according to a release from Fairview Township Police.

Tyler Piatt-Rainville, 23, of the 300 block of Emily Lane, was arrested March 10, police said. He is charged with drug possession and drug possession with intent to deliver, according to online court records.

Police say Piatt-Rainville was seen delivering heroin on two separate occasions.

Five accused in drug death of Hanover-area woman

On March 10, police served a search warrant on his home and seized more evidence of drug activity, according to police.

He was arraigned on the charges March 10 and was remanded to York County Prison in lieu of $160,000 bail. No attorney is listed for him.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. March 29 at District Judge Scott Gross' office.
