Liquor stores will remain open on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and many other subsequent holidays following Act 39 of 2016.

Before the act, state law had prohibited stores from opening on holidays. In addition to Monday, the stores will be open Presidents Day, Memorial Day, and the Fourth of July, according to a release from the Liquor Control Board.

Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores will maintain normal operating hours on Monday. Store locations and hours may be found here.
