No autopsy is planned.

Salmons was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner Jake Clevenger, according to a news release from the coroner's office.

She was driving in the 6400 block of Steltz Road in Codorus Township just after 2 p.m. when her vehicle went off the road, rolled over and struck a tree, the news release states.

Salmons was wearing her seat belt, according to the coroner's office.

Trooper Rob Hicks, a state police spokesman, said Salmons was westbound near the Bonnair Road intersection when she lost control of her vehicle for unknown reasons.

It flipped several times before crashing into a tree, Hicks said.

Salmons had to be extricated from the vehicle by fire personnel, he said.
