Detour planned along I-83 near Harrisburg this weekend

Bridge pavement and repairs will affect traffic along I-83 through the Eisenhower Interchange this weekend, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

This weekend, southbound I-83 right lane and ramp through the Eisenhower Interchange will be closed to traffic from 9 p.m. Friday until no later than 6 a.m. Monday, according to PennDOT. Drivers will be detoured by the southbound I-83 ramp for Exit 47 to Paxton Street, then back to southbound I-83.
