Four York establishments cited by Bureau of Liquor Control
The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited four York County establishments in June, according to a news release.
The four cited were:
- AM Enterprises LLC, 840 Carlisle Road, York, for allegedly selling alcohol after its liquor license expired.
- El Serrano Inc., 3410 E. Market St., for allegedly selling or giving alcohol to a minor.
- Mason-Dixon Home Association., RD 2, Box 294, Delta, for allegedly possessing or operating gambling devices or paraphernalia, or permitting gambling or lotteries, pool selling and/or bookmaking on licensed premises, and allegedly selling alcohol after its liquor license expired.
- Pizza Hut, 145 Sheraton Drive, New Cumberland, for allegedly failing to notify the board within 15 days of a change of manager.
An administrative judge will review the charges and will have the authority to impose penalties between $50 and $1,000 for minor offensives and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses, according to the release. The judge also can impose a suspension or revocation of the liquor license based on the severity of the charges, the release states.
