Police say a Fairview Township woman was found with marijuana after driving drunk with her daughter in the car.

Lydia Stinson

Lydia Stinson, 25, of the 300 block of Limekiln Road in Fairview Township, is facing multiple charges, including DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child, according to police.

On April 15, at about 11:40 p.m., police were sent to the A-Plus Sunoco and McDonald's at 101 Limekiln Road for a minor crash. Upon arrival, an officer spoke to Stinson and determined she had been drinking before she backed her car into another vehicle parked at the gas pumps, according to police.

After she was arrested, police said, it was discovered her daughter had been unsecured in the car during the crash.

Stinson also was found to be in possession of marijuana after being taken into custody, police said.

Stinson was arraigned and released on non-monetary bail.
