A Manchester man died after falling approximately 50 feet Friday afternoon, according to the York County Coroner's Office.

Tony Zang, 43, of the first block of York Street, fell while working on a roof at Pennex Aluminum, 50 Community St., in Wellsville. He fell at 1:45 p.m. and died at the scene, according to the coroner's office. He was an employee of M J Delp Construction, in Dover.

A Saturday morning autopsy at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown revealed that Zang died from multiple blunt force trauma.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and state police are investigating.

This incident marks the second work-related death this year, according to the coroner's office. A Springettsbury Township man died in mid-February after falling off a ladder at a Giant in Shrewsbury.
