Liquor agents cite 2 York establishments
The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement in March cited two York County establishments, according to a news release.
The two cited are:
• Finley's Tavern, 2225 Seven Valleys Road, Seven Valleys, for allegedly selling, furnishing, or giving alcoholic beverages between 2 and 7 a.m.
• Hotel Hanover, Inc., Center Square, Hanover, for allegedly operating licensed equipment without a valid health permit.
An administrative judge will review the charges and will have the authority to impose penalties between $50 and $1,000 for minor offensives, and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses, according to the release. The judge can also impose a suspension or revocation of the liquor license based on the severity of the charges, the release states.
