Police: Bullets hit West York apartment house

No one was hurt Sunday night when a gunman fired on an occupied apartment house in West York, hitting it multiple times, police said.

The residents of the apartment building, located in the 1500 block of West King Street, didn't hear gunfire at the time, according to West York Police.

Police said they believe the shots were fired about midnight.

Some of the building's residents have declined to cooperate with the investigation, according to police.

West York Police Chief Justin Seibel said officers were called to the home Monday morning by a resident after bullet holes were discovered.

When officers arrived, a constable was on scene to serve arrest warrants on at least one resident of the apartment, according to Seibel.
