The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement has cited two York County establishments for selling alcohol beverages to a minor in January, according to a news release.

The two cited are:

• Back Woods Sports Bar & Grill, located at 1995 Old Trail Road, Goldsboro

• Yorkco Beverage, 2314 W. Market St., York

An administrative judge will review the charges and will have the authority to impose penalties between $50 and $1,000 for minor offensives, and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses, according to the release. The judge can also impose a suspension or revocation of the liquor license based on the severity of the charges, the release states.
