A Felton woman is federally charged with stealing more than $13,000 from the York Township bank where she used to work.

Donna S. Miller, 45, faces one felony count of bank larceny, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's office in Harrisburg.

Authorities allege she purloined $13,325 in cash from the Fulton Bank at 2057 S. Queen St. between September 2013 and November 24, 2014, when the bank fired her.

She has paid the bank back in full, according to the news release.

The government has filed a plea agreement with the defendant, but no hearing for the plea has been scheduled yet, the release states.

She faces a maximum of 10 years behind bars, followed by supervised release, and also a fine, according to the news release.
