Police: Man charged with cruelty after shooting dog

A Peach Bottom Township man allegedly shot a dog belonging to someone else in mid-December, according to a Pennsylvania State Police press release.
Martin Joseph Grams, 58, allegedly shot Angela Louise Quatse's dog at around 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 13. in the 100 block of Poplar Ridge Road in Peach Bottom Township, police said.
Grams is charged with cruelty to animals after it was determined he shot Quatse's dog with a 22-caliber rifle, causing major injuries that required "extensive" veterinary care, according to police.
