Police: York City mother, children found
York City Police found a missing mother and her two children as well as her younger sister, Monday afternoon, according to a news release.
They were looking for Larissa Isaac, 32, her children, Jai Alejandro Isaac, 13, Christian Isaiah Isaac, 5, and her sister, Blanka April Caesar, 13. They were last seen on Thursday, according to police.
York City Police have made contact with Isaac and the three children.
Isaac and the children were found in Washington, D.C., and police convinced them to return to York, according to the release.
Isaac and the three children were not harmed, and the York County Children and Youth Agency has been consulted on future custody of the children, police said.
Lt. Troy Bankert of York City Police Department said investigators were denied an Amber Alert and a Pennsylvania Missing and Endangered Person Advisory (MEPA) because officers have no evidence to suggest the children were in any danger.
