Keep York Beautiful will recognize the winners of its annual poster contest at a ceremony held 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2 in the council chambers at City Hall, 101 S. George Street.

This year's theme was "Be the CHANGE."

The students who won the contest attend St. Patrick Catholic School, Lincoln Charter School, Tidings of Peace Christian School and McKinley K-8 School.

Artists from Creative York evaluated the students' work and chose a winning poster from each grade level and an overall winner who will receive the "Judges' Choice" award. The winning students will be given a framed certificate, a copy of their artwork and a gift card.
