Springettsbury Township Police arrested a township resident Wednesday afternoon after a domestic disturbance during which a woman was apparently held against her will, police said.

Graham Flinchbaugh, 24, was taken to the county's central booking unit to be arraigned on charges of unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault, making terroristic threats and harassment, according to a Springettsbury Township Police news release.

Flinchbaugh and the alleged victim live together, according to township police Lt. Todd King.

She was taken to the police station to be interviewed afterward, according to King, who said she is physically OK. Her name was not released.

Officers were called to Flinchbaugh's home about 1:05 p.m. Wednesday for a report of an unknown problem, according to the news release.

Flinchbaugh opened the door right away after officers knocked, King said.

The lieutenant said he's unsure who called 911 — whether it was the alleged victim, a neighbor or a passer-by.
