Southern Regional Police are investigating a hit and run crash that occurred on the 200 block of Cardinal Drive in Shrewsbury borough around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.

Police said the vehicle failed to negotiate a turn while turning left onto Cardinal Drive from East Clearview and ended up driving through the yard, striking a tree and pushing it into a garage door, striking a car in the driveway and spinning the car around.

The vehicle continued through the yard and onto Cardinal Drive toward Brook Meadow Drive, police said. Parts left behind show the vehicle is a late 1990's to early 2000's Chevrolet pick-up or Chevrolet Blazer, according to police. Police said the vehicle should have front end damage and is missing headlight and turn signal housing. Anyone with information on the crash should call (717) 235-3944.
