Southern Regional Police have placed warrants for arrest for three people involved in the dragging of Officer Michael Storeman in Glen Rock Wednesday.

Warrants are out for Roberto Fabian Tabares, 38, of 10127 Reprise Dr., Rockville, Md. and David Robert Achstetter, 36, of 401 Palmsprings Dr., Gaithersburg Md. with charges of aggravated assault, hindering apprehension or prosecution, unlawful restraint, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief, according to police. Tabares is described as a Hispanic male, weighing 175 pounds, 6-foot-3, with brown eyes and black hair and Achstetter is described as a white male, 180 pounds, 5-foot-10 with hazel eyes and brown hair, according to police.

They are also looking for Jenny Kim, 38, for questioning. She is described as an Asian female, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. They have not filed charges against her, police said.

Officer Storeman was called to investigate suspicious people in a vehicle and when he approached it and found a female slumped over in the back, according to police.

When the men sitting in the front began to make movements, Storeman attempted to open the passenger door and Achstetter grabbed Storeman's arm and pulled him toward the vehicle as the driver, Tabreas, accelerated, police said.

Storeman was dragged down Water St. and his body struck a parked car, according to police. He was taken to York Hospital trauma room with multiple injuries, and was later discharged, according to the release.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at (717) 840-2971.
