I-83 southbound moving again after crash

A crash on Interstate 83 southbound at the Newberrytown exit snarled traffic for about 90 minutes on Tuesday afternoon.

At 5:45 p.m., state police said the southbound lanes were being reopened, and northbound traffic was moving along.

PennDOT's traffic cameras showed southbound traffic was backed up about three miles to the Lewisberry exit.

The crash happened about 4:15 p.m., according to the York County 911 Center.
