Rep. Grove to host concealed carry class in November

State Rep. Seth Grove, R-Dover Township, will host a concealed carry class for firearm owners in November.

The class will be held 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Nov. 7, at the West Manchester Farmers and Sportsmanship Association, 4900 Pine Hill Road in

Dover Township, according to a news release from Grove's office.

Attorney Matt Menges will discuss Pennsylvania's concealed carry laws, and an officer from the Northern Regional Police Department will discuss how to safely interact with police when carrying a concealed weapon.
