Zion UCC to re-enact building's first service

Zion United Church of Christ, 100 Lafayette St., York City, will re-enact the very first service conducted in its current building, 10 a.m. Sunday.

The church officially opened on Oct. 17, 1915. The Rev. Robert L. Anderson, pastor emeritus, will deliver the re-enacted sermon. There will be a reception afterward, and a Building Centennial Booklet will be released for sale.
