St. Paul's Wolf's ECC to host health and nutrition classes

St. Paul's Wolf's ECC, 4501 Wolf's Church Road, will conduct a breast-health class, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Admission is free to the program, Breast Health: Foods, Herbs/Spices and Oils for Breast Health Support.

The church also has two other upcoming health workshops planned.

Growing a Healthy Gut: The Pre and Pro Biotic Lifestyle, will be held 10:30 a.m.-noon Saturday, Nov. 7, and Healthier Holiday Baking and Not Baking: Paleo, Gluten-free and Vegan, 10:30 a.m.-noon Saturday, Dec. 5.

The cost for each workshop is $35 per person or $60 per couple.
