Police: Man bitten on arm, thigh in domestic dispute
Police say a York City man drunkenly bit his husband on the arm and thigh hard enough to draw blood drawing during a domestic dispute.
David Lee Antle II, 38, of 1605 Wogan Road, was charged Sunday morning with simple assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a summary offense.
Antle's husband told police that Antle, drunk, woke him up around 11 p.m. Saturday after an earlier argument by punching him, according to charging documents.
The husband showed police bleeding bite marks on the upper thigh and forearm, a cut around his eye and long, deep scratches on his back and neck, documents state.
Police say Antle was still drunk when they arrived, and that he had no visible injuries.
Antle remains in York County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail, according to authorities.
