Red Lion convenience store robbed

The Turkey Hill at 346 W. Broadway in Red Lion was robbed shortly before 11 p.m. Monday night when a man displayed a handgun and demanded money and lottery tickets, police said.

Police described the suspect as a thin male with a pale face, between 5 foot 6 and 5 foot 10, wearing all dark clothing, according to state police.

The man fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money and lottery tickets, police said.
