Nixon Park to hold geology class for home-schoolers

Home-schooled students are invited to Geology Rocks, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday at Nixon County Park.

The educational event is for students ages 6-11 or those studying first- through sixth-grade curriculums.

The student drop-off program will feature three activities.

Limited space is available for parent chaperones.

Admission is free, but pre-registration is required.
