Red Lion man charged in connection with May robbery
State police charged recently a Red Lion man in connection with a May armed robbery at Fairmount Park in the borough.
Tracy William Beck, 18, allegedly pulled a pocket knife on a minor and stole his cellphone just after 4 p.m. on Mary 27, according to state police.
Now he's charged with robbery, intimidating a witness, theft, terroristic threats, receiving stolen property, simple assault and diversion of services, according to court records.
Beck's bail was set at $25,00 when he was arraigned on Tuesday. He remains in York County Prison, the records state.
Beck is scheduled to appear in magisterial district judge John H. Fishel's court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday at 1:30 p.m., court records state.
