Gov. Wolf to host final Second Sunday event in Harrisburg
Gov. Tom Wolf and first lady Frances Wolf will host the final Second Sunday event of the year at the governor's mansion this weekend.
This week's event coincides with the Harrisburg Gallery Walk and visitors to the governor's residence, 2035 N. Front St., will be among the first to view a freshly installed art exhibit. The exhibit boasts 70 pieces by members of the Pennsylvania Art Experience.
Curator Rob Evans and members of the group will be painting on the grounds of the house throughout the event and will be available to discuss their work.
The house is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event is free. However, large bags, purses or totes are not permitted, and security measures will be in place.
