The Baltimore Orioles will play host to the Red Land Little League team from Lewisberry at Oriole Park at Camden Yards on Saturday before the 1:05 p.m. game against the Kansas City Royals.

Representing the Mid-Atlantic Region in the Little League World Series, Red Land defeated the Southwest Region to win the U.S. title game on Aug. 29, in South Williamsport. The York County team went 4-1 in the tournament, losing only to Japan in the World Series championship game on Aug. 30.

During a special pre-game ceremony, the Red Land team will be introduced to the fans in attendance and a video will showcase highlights from their U.S. championship victory.

Throughout the Little League World Series, several Orioles — including Kevin Gausman, Adam Jones, Manny Machado, Manager Buck Showalter and 2004 Little League World Series Champion Jonathan Schoop — expressed their strong support of the local team across social media platforms.

Lewisberry is located about 70 miles north of Baltimore.

Revs to also honor Red Land: In addition, the York Revolution franchise will honor the Red Land team at the Revs' game on Sunday, Sept. 20.

It will likely be one of Red Land's final stops on a whirlwind tour of media and pro ballparks.

On Sept. 20, the Revs will battle the Somerset Patriots on the final day of the Atlantic League regular season. Game time is at 2 p.m., with the gates at Santander Stadium opening at 1 p.m.

The entire Red Land Little League team is scheduled to be in attendance, and the team will take batting practice on the field from 1 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Fans entering the gates during that time are welcome to watch, and may go down to the bottom of the seating bowl to see the players, take pictures with them and ask for autographs.

The typical full-team autograph session with the Revolution will proceed from 1:05 p.m. until to 1:20 p.m. in the Apple Subaru Lawn Section. Catch on the field will be canceled for the day to accommodate the Red Land players taking batting practice.

The Revolution will wear Red Land Little League replica jerseys for that day's game. The uniforms are close to exact replicas of what Red Land wore through their local, state and regional tournaments leading to the Little League World Series.

Fans will have the opportunity to bid on the game-worn jerseys during a silent auction through the first half of the game. Winning bidders will be able to collect their jerseys directly from the Revolution players on the field following the game, once payment information is provided.

Winning bidders will be provided, at no charge, with a new T-shirt, the same as what the players on the field will wear, with the Revolution logo on the left sleeve to complete the uniform. Starting bids will be $100, with all the profits from the jersey auction going directly to Red Land Little League.

"Like everyone in our area, we're obviously very proud of what Red Land did on a national stage this summer, it brought a tremendous amount of excitement to York and York County for weeks," said York Revolution General Manager John Gibson. "It's only fitting that we end our season hosting the National Champs from right up the road at York County's home for pro baseball."
