Windy Hill on the Campus, 1472 Roth's Church Road, Suite 103, Spring Grove, is offering several low-impact exercise classes for older adults. Chair exercise, focusing on stretching and flexibility, is held at 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays; a Walking Club begins at 10 a.m. Wednesdays; and Healthy Steps, focusing on strength and balance, is held at 11 a.m. Thursdays.
