No cause of death for Hanover woman found dead at Scranton music festival
It could take a month or more to determine the cause and manner of death for a Hanover woman found dead in a tent at a Scranton music festival, according to the Lackawanna County coroner.
Nicole Bain, 30, was found dead in a tent about 1 a.m. Sunday at the Peach Music Festival, Scranton Police Chief Carl Graziano said.
She was alone and suffered no obvious signs of trauma, Graziano said.
An autopsy on Bain's body was performed Monday, according to Lackawanna County Coroner Tim Rowland.
He said cause and manner of Bain's death won't be ruled on until after results are back from toxicology tests, which could take up to five or six weeks.
Law enforcement initially said Bain was from Wrightsville. But Rowland said that was an old address.
The Peach Music Festival, held at Montage Mountain, runs over four days and ended Sunday.
