West Manchester Township Police are looking for information about a man who robbed a Rutter's at gunpoint late Monday night.

Police say the man, likely in his early-to-mid 20s, walked into the gas station in the 2300 block of Carlisle Road in the township at about 10:54 p.m., whipped out a gun and demanded cash.

The man, dressed in a long-sleeved dark-colored hoodie and black shorts, then took off after the cashier handed over some money, according to police. He was last seen fleeing south, toward the village of Shiloh.

Police said that before the robbery, the man, described as being of medium height and build, had been "hanging out" between the Rutter's and the China Wok Restaurant nearby.

Anyone with information about the man or the incident should call 911 or contact West Manchester Township Police at 792-9514.
