As the year progressed, the two began to develop a physical and romantic relationship which supposedly became official — with the women referring to each other as 'girlfriend' — in November.

Throughout the relationship, the two engaged in sexual penetration — which at times caused the girl to bleed — and oral sex which occurred nearly every day over the three-year time span, charging documents state, according to charging documents.

The girl ended the relationship in 2010, when she was 15, and has since distanced herself from Hall.

Following her arrest, Hall was committed to York County Prison but on Friday posted her $25,000 bail.
