Manchester Community Playground Carnival slated for Wednesday afternoon

The Manchester Community Playground Carnival will take place Wednesday at Rudy Park in Manchester Township.

The event will run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and will feature food, games and family fun geared toward all ages, according to a news release.
