Barley Snyder merging with Hanover law firm


York City-based law firm Barley Snyder with merge with a Hanover-based firm effective April 1, according to a news release.

The merger with Stonesifer and Kelley, which comprises three attorneys, will bring Barley Snyder to 78 total attorneys, an all-time high, according to Jeff Lobach, a managing partner at the firm.

The merger provides Barley Snyder with its second Hanover location and its first Gettysburg office, which will open in April.

The firm also operates offices in Lancaster, York, Reading, Malvern and Hunt Valley, Maryland.

All Stonesifer and Kelley employees will be retained during and after the transition, according to the release.
