MOD Pizza and Metro Diner will both celebrate their openings Tuesday in the West Manchester Town Center.

MOD Pizza will be offering free pizza or salad to its first 52 customers, according to a company news release.

The Seattle-based, artisan-style pizza joint will open its doors at noon, and all proceeds from Tuesday's pizza sales will be donated to Leg Up Farm, a local nonprofit therapy center benefiting children with special needs.

Metro Diner held special pre-opening fundraising events over the weekend to benefit Leg Up Farm and Olivia's House, according to a company news release.

The two new restaurants are located in the same, recently built structure in between Buffalo Wild Wings and Outback Steakhouse, which opened Wednesday.

The location will be MOD Pizza's second in York County after opening in York Township in early August.
