Lancaster film producers leaving mark on Sharknado Week
A Lancaster-based visual effects and film production house played a major role in the production of "Atomic Shark," SyFy Channel's latest movie, which will kick off Sharnado Week on Sunday.

Trick Digital was involved with digital effects, photography and the soundtrack for the movie, which is about a radioactive shark attacking and irradiating the beaches of southern California, according to a company press release.
"Atomic Shark" will first air Sunday, July 24 at 9 p.m. and then again July 27 at 5 p.m. and July 29 at 9 p.m.
Trick Digital has also worked on three other movies that will air on SyFy Channel during the week, including "Beast of the Bering Sea" (July 26 at 7 a.m.), "Snakehead Swamp" (July 26 at 1 p.m.) and "Zombie Shark" (July 26 at 7 p.m. and July 30 at 11 p.m.).
The week ends with the premiere of "Sharknado the 4th Awakens" on July 31 at 8 p.m.
