Voith awarded $60 million contract

Voith Hydro has been awarded a $60 million contract for site rehabilitation work at the Priest Rapids Dam in Washington, according to a news release.

The contract, which covers the field installation portion of the ongoing 10-unit turbine rehabilitation project, is funded by the Grant County Public Utility District. Work is scheduled to begin later this year.

Voith has been involved with this project since 2011, when turbine model testing began, according to the release.
