Watch the night sky on screen and through telescopes during the York County Astronomical Society’s Public Starwatch from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at the observatory at John Rudy County Park, 400 Mundis Race Road, East Manchester Township.

The program will include an indoor presentation about astronomical topics followed by an outdoor viewing session. Society members will have telescopes available for viewing stars, planets, the moon and more. Attendees are welcome to bring their own telescopes as well.

The event is free, but donations are welcome. Star charts will be available.
