The York County Department of Parks and Recreation will hold a public study of stream habitat, 2:30-3:30 p.m. Sunday, July 30, at Nixon County Park.

A naturalist will lead participants into the stream in search of insect larva, salamander larva and other aquatic animals.

Closed-toe shoes are required.

Admission is free.
