Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society: Dylan McGlone , of Stewartstown, a graduate of Clarion University, has been awarded a $5,000 fellowship grant from the society to pursue a doctorate of veterinary medicine at Kansas State University.


Pennsylvania Department of Veterans of Foreign Wars: Two York County residents, both Vietnam War veterans, were installed as officers at the state convention in June. They are Dwight R. Fuhrman, of Spring Grove, state commander, and John Brenner, of Mount Wolf, state chief of staff and department parliamentarian.
