The Columbia Crossing River Trails Center, 41 Walnut St., Columbia, has a new historical exhibit, River Crossings, on display now through the end of September.

The exhibit examines the ways mankind has navigated the Susquehanna River near Columbia. From dugout canoes to the Wright’s Ferry Bridge, visitors can learn about the engineering and design of river boats, canals and bridges.

Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday-Sunday.

Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.
