The York County Literacy Council, 800 E. King St., will hold two free orientation sessions for adults ages 18 and older who would like to attend classes to pass the high school equivalency test.

The first session will be held 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, June 27 and 29, and the second will be held 6-9 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday, Aug. 1-2.

Students must attend and complete both orientation sessions to attend the free, 16-week evening classes.
