Art competition for high-schoolers
Rep. Scott Perry is inviting all high school students from the 4th Congressional District to participate in the 2017 Congressional Art Competition.
The winning piece of art from each district will be displayed in the Cannon tunnel that leads into the U.S. Capitol. The winning artist will receive a $3,000 renewable admission scholarship to The Savannah College of Art and Design and will be invited to a reception in Washington, D.C.
Members of the local art community will serve as judges.
Submissions should be dropped off at one of Perry’s offices by April 14.
