First Capital Federal Credit Union employees Lisa Barshinger, community engagement officer, and Jeremy Ackerley, e-services specialist, received scholarships from the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association to attend the Judge/Bradley Leadership School, Aug. 13-17 at Penn State University.
