Winter animal programs
The Dover Area Community Library, 3700-3 Davidsburg Road, will host three winter animal programs presented by George Matthew, the library’s youth services coordinator, and Elizabeth Kepley-McNutt, a Gifford Pinchot State Park environmental education specialist.
The schedule is:
Leaving a Mark: A Program about Animal Tracks and Scat, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, featuring the book, “Everyone Poops,” by Taro Gomi.
Feathered Friends: A Program about Birds, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, featuring the book, “Feathers for Lunch,” by Lois Ehlert.
What Am I? A Program about Amphibians/Reptiles, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 25, featuring the book, “I Don’t Want to be a Frog,” by Devorah Petty.
