Free cooking demo

Hanover Hospital will host a free cooking demonstration of easy, healthful holiday dishes using whole-food ingredients, 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, at the York Street Medical Center, 400 York St., Hanover.

Attendees will be offered samples and recipes.
