What to do with packaging materials
Pennsylvania
Penn Waste is encouraging residents to properly recycle or discard packaging materials from Cyber Monday shopping sprees.

The company’s know-before-you-throw guidelines are:
Recyclable packaging materials, no matter the size or quantity: cardboard boxes (broken down); paperboard; office paper; newspapers and inserts; magazines, catalogs and brochures; envelopes; and paper bags.
Non-recyclable packaging materials: Styrofoam; packing peanuts; plastic bubble wrap; plastic liners; plastic air pouches; and wet papers or cardboard.
