Janet Freund

Quentin Miller, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has announced that Janet Freund has been named assistant branch manager of the company’s sales offices in York and Adams counties. Freund most recently served as its field administration manager in Maryland.

LOANS/GRANTS

The York County Economic Development Corporation recently closed a $330,000 Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority-First Industries loan to Stewhill Farms, owned by Adam and Jennifer Shearer. The loan proceeds were used for a swine finishing barn in Chanceford Township.

York College received a $17,090 grant from It’s On Us PA to combat campus sexual assault. The grant was awarded by Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration. The college received a nearly $300,000 grant from the Justice Department’s Office on Violence Against Women in October.

NEW HIRE

Tiffanie Ray has joined Graham Architectural Products as the project documentation coordinator. Ray was most recently employed by Building Character, a multi-vendor marketplace in Lancaster.
