YWCA weekend workshops
The York YWCA and the National Exercise Training Association will host two nationally recognized workshops at the Y, 320 E. Market St.
First, Group Exercise Certification will be held from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8. The class is open to potential and current fitness instructors.
Then, Body Weight Training will be held from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. The class will teach how to use your body as a piece of equipment to create a total workout.
